In-House Maintenance Garage
AHL AL-KHALEEJ operates a fully equipped in-house maintenance garage dedicated to servicing and maintaining our fleet of heavy equipment. Established since the earliest days of our operations, this facility allows us to carry out regular servicing, preventive maintenance, and repairs on our equipment without relying on third-party contractors.
Having full control over equipment maintenance ensures our fleet remains in optimal operating condition, minimizes downtime, and enables us to respond quickly to the demanding schedules of rig site preparation works. This in-house capability has been a key factor in AHL’s ability to consistently deliver reliable, on-time service to our clients across Kuwait’s oil and gas sector.
Preventive Maintenance
Rather than waiting for breakdowns, AHL follows a structured preventive maintenance program for its entire equipment fleet — covering scheduled inspections, servicing intervals, and component replacements based on manufacturer guidelines and operational usage. This proactive approach reduces the likelihood of unexpected equipment failure in the field, extends the operational lifespan of our fleet, and ensures our equipment is always ready for deployment when a project demands it.
Spare Parts Warehouse
To support fast turnaround on repairs, AHL maintains a dedicated spare parts warehouse stocked with critical components for our fleet of over 250+ pieces of equipment. Having spare parts readily available on-site — rather than relying on external suppliers — significantly reduces equipment downtime and allows our maintenance team to carry out repairs without delays caused by procurement lead times.
On-Site Service Team
AHL’s maintenance operations are supported by a dedicated on-site service team of skilled technicians and mechanics, available to carry out repairs and servicing both at our garage facility and, when required, directly at active rig site locations. This on-site support capability ensures that equipment issues can be addressed quickly wherever they arise, minimizing disruption to ongoing drilling and rig site preparation schedules.
